Well done on your choice of wedding colors! Mint green and orange colors combination for wedding is very beautiful. Mint is warm and cool. And orange is vibrant.
I remember I was all crazy about mint green in 2013 and I’m still crazy about it. Mint green is lovely all year round. And orange, who doesn’t love orange! It’s feminine and glamorous. Tones of orange or coral work really well with mint and create a fun, playful vibe.
Really you can combine these two colors however you want. First decide which will be your primary color out of the two. It will come out better if Mint green is your dominant color; at least for the wedding attires.
Sorry I couldn't get any traditional wedding photos where these two colors, mint green and orange where combined. But here's the photos from the traditional wedding of Shalewa and Moyo courtesy of the aisleperfect.com where the color Mint green was used. She used Mint green, gold and blue. But I'm sure through her pictures you can learn how to combine your colors perfectly.

For your white wedding where the groom will use white, have him use a mint green tie and boutonnière in the colors of mint green and orange. Or if you want him to use white all through including his tie, then just the boutonnière will do.

I hope this was helpful. Using the photos as inspiration just adjust the second and third colors in the pictures to your colors; which could be orange and white. Or you can be a bit more creative. At least this guides you on how to start your colors combination.
