Select about 60-100 clutter free, clean and vivid images which capture both the details and big picture of the entire day. Individual pictures should be free of borders, collages and watermarks. 20-40 images is great for engagement sessions. Ensure your pictures cover the essential details, which include but are not limited to detailed shots of the wedding dress, bridesmaids dresses, men’s attire, aso ebi, bouquets, invitations, cakes, rings, and venues, with an equal amount of bride and groom portraits. Attaching and sending in your images will be easier if you create a folder for it and then create a zip file from the folder. To create a zip file is easy to do. If you don't know how to create one please read the article, how to create zip files.

Please note, Nigerian Weddings Guide prefers to share content that is exclusive and fresh with its readers, so please inform us if you have your images on any other website, blog or social media platform. We also prefer weddings and events that have taken place within the past 12 months.

We give preference to photographers who have their business listed with us. It allows us to easily give you credit for your work by linking to your business profile here. And it increases the chance of a reader contacting you for your services since they can easily get more information about your work right here on the site. It's not compulsory that you have a business profile with us to submit photos to us but it does increase your chances that we'll accept your submission to us. By submitting your photos, you certify that you are the sole owner of the photos, either as the bride or groom in the pictures or as the photographer who took the pictures.
Nigerianweddingsguide.com reserves the right to edit your submission for length, tone and clarity, as well as feature only the photos and/or content that would best inspire our readers to better plan their own weddings – and at the same time tells your wedding story in a way that resonates with our readers.
