Still searching for a bride or groom, already engaged and courting? About planning your wedding? Start a wedding diary. Record and keep all the memories alive from the search for a life partner through to the wedding planning.
A diary also know as a journal, notebook and daybook is...
a book in which one keeps a daily record of events and experiences.
I'm inviting you to create as many web pages as possible on this site to record events of your feelings, love, joys, dilemma, disappointments and frustrations relating to getting married, finding a life partner, getting engaged and planning your wedding; any special experiences leading to the wedding.
Start your wedding journal from the stage of the wedding process you are now; let's follow your journey.
Are you still searching for a marriage mate? How's that going? Share your regular issues that have to do with getting married and wedding. For example, did you meet a new guy or girl? What are your expectations? Are you not meeting the right people? Are you under pressure to get married? Are you faced with the difficult decision of who to choose as a life partner? Do you have strong opinions about getting married and weddings in general? Put your thoughts and experiences down in a wedding diary.
Are you just engaged? Make a diary!
Are you planning your wedding? Start a wedding diary. Share your step by step process to the wedding day. And the frustrations too - Plans that didn't go well, annoying unexpected spendings, family troubles and so on.
Get it out. Here you can say it all! If you are worried about your privacy use only your first name or make a complete anonymous post. We'll like to know your name of course but we're more interested in following your journey!
Here you can also create your personal wedding web page to share all the special details about your upcoming wedding with your friends and family.
Are you married and would like to keep something like a diary, then the Marriage confession section of the forum is for you.
Here for those starting a wedding notebook it's about keeping the memories alive, finding support and having fun. And for those reading the diaries it's about been entertained, learning from true experiences and then offering advice/support if and when needed.
Keeping a diary might seem like something for only women, but men can keep diaries too. So bride or groom to be, I invite you to document your before wedding experiences.
Use the form below to start your first wedding diary post and subsequent posts.
Each time you write a post for your diary using the form below, you're creating a new page on this site. To gather all your wedding diary posts in one place, you'll create links to the rest of your posts each time you make a new diary post.
That is, if you've written, submitted and have an approved diary post before, and now you want to add a new post to your diary, you will include the link of your previous diary post or posts at the end of the new diary post. So that someone who wants to follow all your wedding diary submissions can find all of them in one place. So each time your diary post is approved, do save the link to the diary somewhere so that you can have the links when you want to add a new post to your diary.
If that's too much to ask of you, then when you submit a new post for your wedding diary, add at the end that you've submitted a post or posts before. And state their title or titles and I'll search for them and create the links to them. But note, without saying their titles I can't search for them. So you either save the links to your post or save the titles. They are your memories after all, you want to be able to reach them when you want to.
You may be too old to keep an offline diary, even too old for an online daybook. But an online wedding diary? No, you're not too old for that! Start one now just because...
It's fun and relaxing!
Moreover your wedding is the biggest event of your life. It's worth documenting the special events leading to it.
I can't wait to read your diary!
